It is definitely an honor to first share my own story from the list of our real motivational stories.
I was always a fat kid, I ate whatever I wanted and a lot so as u can imagine; of course I grew up to be a fat boy and at my peak I reached 286 pounds . I often ask myself how could i change my life ? I wanted desperately to lose weight and I started different and varied diets with a lot of desire and passion and I always failed.
There have been countless diets But in the 20th diet, it caught on, a certain type of diet that is with less fats and more carbohydrates and proteins combined with sports {I started with 40 minute walks at first}.
After that everything just changed
The journey only started somewhere around the age of 18 but since then my love for fitness has never been lost.
And yes, there were times during my life when I was more fit and times when I was less, but I never neglected my fitness and managed to find a way on my journey of how to get fit.
Whether it’s training in a gym, running, walking, a personal trainer or by myself, I’ve always trained
Also regarding diet, there are times when I give myself more breathing space and eat fattening food too, but I always know how to balance it and count calories when I feel it’s necessary.i I have collected the best tips for healthier eating for you to read
The main thing is that I listen to myself and my body

Also, during my life there were many periods when I ran away from reality
And instead of doing internal work I simply drank alcohol, something that never really helped me and only exacerbated the anxiety problems I had, I would get up the next day and barely move, over the years with the help of a lot of willpower I was able to stop drinking completely and today I hardly ever drink alcohol {maybe once a year On special occasions I drink. to read more about how to stop drinking click on the link.
today my day is very organized, because the gym is important to me and I know that starting the day with it will do me good, I get up at 6, i‘m at work already at 9 after strength training or combined strength with aerobics
I practice mindful eating on a daily basis, I know exactly what I put in my mouth, what its nutritional composition is and how many calories I eat per day, just like managing a bank account, I manage the calories I put in, this is the only way for me
Once a week I run for an hour outside – it is important to run outside if you can because there is the vegetation, the sun and nature which is like food for the soul.
Now I won’t lie, the road and the journey are not always easy, there are difficulties, there are cold days full of rain in which it is not easy to get out of bed at 6, there are days when my body is tired and most importantly, there are many, many times that I have many excuses why not, and the key is awareness, to be aware To the negative line of thought that is unreal and untrue as if its job is to prevent us from the high frequencies. Countless times I went to the gym despite the negative thoughts and I always said to myself after the training: im so glad i did that.
My biggest tip to you is to go despite the desire to stay at home because the feeling and the satisfaction, the positive energy and happiness are definitely worth it.
